Because they are severely understaffed, they hardly screen applicants at all, so you can start work very quickly.
*Employee training is not comprehensive enough
There was absolutely no proper handover or opportunity to consult with a supervisor. The handover details amounted to only half a sheet of A4 paper, and the Adobe software provided by the company was from who-knows-how-many years ago (or was pirated). They simply had no intention of switching to a new system, so I had to bring my own laptop to process the work. As a result, it somehow became company policy that my laptop had to be provided for testing the company's computer system!
*The salary is exactly the standard 22, but the managers have a very high opinion of themselves and keep claiming that the company's benefits and pay are excellent, when in fact everything is fabricated.
*Overtime does not come with additional time off or extra pay.
*The manager's decision-making is very problematic, and they always shift their own mistakes onto employees.
We agreed on the design draft on Monday, but when he came to work the next day, he said, “Let's switch to selling something else instead.” Everything had to be redone. The vendor kept pressing us for the materials, and after we finally sent them out and printing had begun, he still wanted to revise the draft. In the end, he said, “It's not my problem; the designer was just too slow,” and took no responsibility!
