Terrible. Constantly makes people work overtime, skirting the edges of the Labor Standards Act. Doesn't pay for overtime. Even shortchanges employees on their final pay when they leave. Keeps going on about how great Buddhism is—if it's really so great, why not lead by example and show everyone?
