The person in charge has an easygoing attitude and seems very casual and unconcerned with formalities?
1. I was notified of the interview by phone, and the interview time was after 9 p.m. After explaining the foundation's理念, they asked whether I was interested. If not, the interview could end there.
2. The interview had no clear focus. After explaining the foundation's理念 in greater depth, they asked whether I was interested and what my plans were... It sounded like there would be a second interview, but they did not mention specific job duties, benefits, or anything similar during the interview.
3. I guess they were interviewing many people in one session, allotting about 20 minutes for each person. However, because each interview went over time, it delayed the interview for the next person.
4. They asked to take your photo and send it to their partners.
