- Mainly editing materials for cram schools
- Written test, including grammar multiple-choice questions and an essay
(Basic grammar: only 2 errors allowed out of 10 questions; advanced grammar: only 4 errors allowed out of 10 questions)
- Did not feel uncomfortable or disrespected during the interview process
Cons
Editing educational materials differs from editing general books, so the work may be more rigid
