Working hours are taken seriously (being one minute late results in a deduction of 0.5 hours, and overtime is calculated in 0.5-hour increments). It is also true that overtime is not encouraged; occasional overtime for design competitions is unavoidable, and overtime pay is provided (the hourly rate is calculated based on the base salary). When taking leave, overtime hours are used to offset the leave hours first; only the remaining amount is deducted from hourly pay (the hourly rate is calculated based on the full salary). The firm has almost no residential projects, so you can be exposed to various types of projects. You can independently research regulations and learn how to organize and simplify them. The work ranges from urban land to non-urban land, and from land development plans to interior renovations. Proactively advancing project progress and reporting on it can help you avoid being dismissed. The benefits listed by the firm are those it has offered at some point over the past few years, not benefits provided every year. If employees need specific benefits, they can negotiate for them; the firm will not proactively offer them or force employees to accept them.
Same as the advantages.
