The interview location in the lobby on the first floor was very comfortable.
1. The interviewer was inexplicably 30 minutes late. After arriving, they apologized, and I had originally let go of my anger. However, after the entire interview was over, they said, “I apologized four times in total from start to finish. That should make up for the time I was late earlier, right?” This attitude—believing that one apology was worth making someone waste 7.5 minutes—made me angry, even though I had initially forgiven the lateness.
2. During the interview, the interviewer was extremely self-centered and arrogant, constantly asking about the processes and bonus-distribution methods at my former company, among other things. After the interview, I felt that they simply wanted to learn about another company’s operating procedures rather than recruit someone.
3. I will not elaborate on the other terrible and meaningless interview questions, because many of the interviewer’s questions were simply illogical. This was the worst interview experience I have had recently.
