The telephone interview process made the job applicant feel extremely disrespected. Although the company was the one that sent a message inviting the applicant to an interview, it turned out that they had not read the résumé at all. The following are other negative reviews found online for everyone’s reference:
A friend works at this company and said that it is often hiring people, calling them “trainee managers.” They make it sound very appealing, saying that they will make you a trainee manager in the future and that you should have the qualities of one. The employee turnover rate is extremely high. At the beginning, they even take advantage of you by saying that you will work for “NT$100 per hour” so they can see whether you are suitable. My friend had already completed military service and is an engineer, not a part-time student worker. There are also many young people who study art and really want to join the company. The boss there is a woman named Amy. She is very fickle and often goes back on what she has said, resulting in inefficiency, and then blames the employees. She does not really understand how to respect employees and believes that she is the most capable while all the employees are incompetent. The longest-serving employee there had probably been employed for less than three months. Nearly every day, new people come in for interviews—one can imagine how high the turnover rate is! Employees on duty during lunchtime are not paid overtime; they only receive one boxed meal, as if everyone were a part-time student worker.
