The company is relatively new.

The most disrespectful company I’ve encountered toward interviewees. When I went for the interview, the manager was in a meeting, so the department sent someone to conduct the interview. They didn’t seem to have much interviewing experience and didn’t really know what to ask, so I was left waiting around for the manager.

After nearly two hours, the manager still hadn’t finished the meeting. Then another team member came in and said that was all for today and that they would notify me later, ending the interview.

I filled out a bunch of miscellaneous documents, but never got to interview with the manager from start to finish. I had no idea why I had come in that day—it was simply a waste of the interviewee’s time.

The people involved were not rude, but overall, the company was extremely disrespectful toward the interviewee, and the experience felt very unpleasant.
