The boss claims that the benefits are good
The boss and the boss's wife play the bad cop and good cop, respectively—very fake.
Policies are made according to the person; employees can only complain about the company privately (perhaps they need this job to make a living, so you can't blame the employees).
They often praise people who work overtime, pressuring everyone else to work overtime as well.
The base salary is 21K, which is even less than 22K. The base salary mentioned in the interview is deducted to 21K, and the remaining amount is made up for you in the form of bonuses.
There are no bonuses for the three major holidays, no meal allowance, and sales staff have long working hours.
