It looks like an innovative company with drive, and there seem to be many opportunities to learn and grow.
In reality, the owner of this company is extremely penny-pinching. No single product is profitable enough, so the company ends up trying to develop everything, while the owner is reluctant to properly pay overtime. At the same time, they like to paint employees a rosy picture, promising that becoming a manager will lead to a bright future. As a result, employees have been leaving one by one. Who would be willing to be a guinea pig for an owner like this, testing the market waters?
