Can't think of any.
1. The starting salary isn't higher, regardless of whether you have a bachelor's or master's degree.
2. There is no 14th-month salary—not even a 13th-month salary—and no bonus either (so the annual salary is even lower than other companies'!).
3. Overtime is routine, but there is no overtime pay (it depends on the department, and even when available, it is capped at only 3,000).
4. The benefits described during the interview differ too greatly from reality, and the benefits are reduced every year.
5. The company's level of digitalization is extremely low. Most work is done on paper, and you'll be run ragged shuttling documents around.
