The work atmosphere is very poor. No one talks all day; apart from answering the phone and discussing work matters, no one says a word more than necessary. New employees are not looked after, and the staff are all very cold. After working hours, you must clock out within 20 minutes. Even if you work overtime, there is no overtime pay, as it is treated as a responsibility-based position. There is a lot of work, and it is complicated. Most supervisors do not have time to explain things to you slowly; they only explain everything once. People without relevant experience will have a very difficult time!
