1. The colleagues are very nice (although quite a few of them have probably changed by now)
2. Taking leave is relatively easy
3. A shoulder and neck massage once a month
The following reflects the actual situation when I was employed there.
1. There was no overtime pay at all. Overtime on holidays could be exchanged for compensatory leave, but it had to be requested in advance. However, recently the company seems to have been caught during a labor inspection, so employees now have to choose between overtime pay (if overtime pay is chosen, the project bonus will be reduced) and compensatory leave.
2. The company's project groups would keep ringing and assigning work on weekday evenings or days off (70% of it required immediate handling).
3. The company is very much "the customer is king," readily agreeing to customers' demands that were outside the contract, leaving understaffed employees to work overtime.
4. There was an unlimited-responsibility system, and monthly working hours could easily exceed 190 hours.
5. The salary was not high, and there was virtually no increase with promotions.
