The gentleman who interviewed me was quite professional, but I also got the impression that he had only been there for a short time.

1. The company is very far away, and there are no places to eat nearby.

2. The company's logic test was extremely baffling and old-school. It felt like the HR department only gave me the test to check a box. It was a very nonstandard test and did not take into consideration that I was interviewing for a marketing position rather than an R&D role.

3. The HR representative was a somewhat older woman. During the interview, her attitude was extremely unfriendly and she was very condescending, seemingly relying on her seniority. She did not offer me a single glass of water from start to finish—I was nearly dying of thirst from 1:30 to 4:30.

4. After spending half a day interviewing, I found out that the manager who interviewed me was not going to be my direct supervisor. What was the point of making small talk like that?
