長諺工業股份有限公司
Pros
1. Great environment and location.
2. The senior colleagues are highly capable (their English is excellent, and they are very organized), so it feels like I could learn a lot.
Cons
1. A typical exploitative boss—before I even started working, they bragged that everyone works overtime every day. What's there to be proud of?
2. If working overtime every day is expected, the salary isn't particularly high either.
