The pay is slightly higher than at other children's English schools.

I interviewed for a part-time English teacher position (I personally have teaching experience, but no experience teaching at a children's English school), and the class supervisor did not show up until after making me wait for forty minutes. During the interview, they did not take the initiative to introduce the job responsibilities at all. I kept asking questions, but the class supervisor's answers were cold, and they even looked at me as if wondering how I could ask such questions. In the end, I could not bring myself to ask anything else, and the interview was extremely short (about ten minutes, I think). Usually, branded chain English cram schools have their own teaching systems, so I also asked about the relevant training. The class supervisor only glossed over this part and directly asked me to conduct a teaching demonstration. My personal impression is that they probably intended to decide whether to hire me based directly on the teaching demonstration.
