Pros

I honestly can’t think of any advantages. Does forcing out one count as an advantage? Even I feel rather guilty about it: because the boss is in serious arrears with employees’ wages, he doesn’t really dare to make harsh demands of them.

Cons

1. Wages are withheld and delayed again and again... delayed three times. What are people with mortgages at home supposed to do? The boss doesn’t care at all—he sends Finance out to placate everyone. What can Finance possibly do to placate us? All we want is the money we need to get by; what good is placation?

2. The unscrupulous boss is cold-hearted and unkind. I really don’t want to point out his fatal flaws one by one, because there are still too many workers inside who need these jobs. I only hope this gentleman can fulfill more of his social responsibility and devote more effort to disadvantaged people, including workers and patients. After all, he is carrying the livelihoods of more than just his own family!

3. Labor and health insurance premiums are underreported based on low-reported salaries, and labor pension contributions are also underreported. I have kept all my monthly pay slips and clock-in and clock-out records. The salary items are bewilderingly varied and completely mishandled. They are already illegal; I just don’t want to quibble about it, yet he thinks all workers are idiots!

4. If you have elderly people at home who need care, it is best to care for them yourself. If your family cannot manage, then as a last resort hire a foreign caregiver. Private nursing homes and this unscrupulous hospital are all cut from the same cloth. I really cannot bear to witness it (the same as above—I don’t want to elaborate, since elaborating would offend too many people).
