The boss is a woman who speaks very little and is very quiet and soft-spoken. Another man often interrupts, and it is unclear what his actual position is. This makes it difficult to know who truly has authority in the company, especially since the two sometimes have differing opinions without informing each other, leaving you unsure whose instructions to follow. They are often out of touch with the situation. If you have a problem, do not try to tough it out—ask for help quickly, because in the end they decide whether to dismiss you solely according to their own standards. Work logs are completely useless, and the company has no clock-in system. Because of this, if you are dismissed partway through your employment and, by chance, are not covered by labor and health insurance, they may try to evade acknowledging the employment relationship between you. Most importantly, on payday the boss may suddenly “forget” and bargain with you to cut your pay, or find excuses to delay payment. Everything is vastly different from what was said in the interview. I strongly recommend signing a labor contract before starting work.
