The company claims to offer diverse development opportunities. Of course, this basically means the base salary allows you to do a variety of things. However, if you want to slack off for the rest of your life, it is quite suitable for getting by.
The welfare fund deductions exceed the upper limit stipulated by the Labor Standards Act (the company was reported and fined in the past). The company’s SOPs are fake; what you actually do depends on the boss’s mood. The company claims that everyone will use up all their annual leave within the deadline. Overtime pay is available, but you may not necessarily be able to apply for it. Any reimbursement must be approved by the general manager.
