Pros
1. Before the interview, the company thoughtfully prepared beverages to show that it valued the candidate.
2. The interviewer spoke gently, maintained a smile throughout, and answered every question.
Cons
1. The job bank listed the salary as 28K–35K, but it actually starts at 26K. You also have to complete a three-month probationary period before knowing where within the salary range you will fall.
2. The atmosphere in the work environment felt tense, and employees deliberately avoided the supervisor whenever they saw them (as if they were afraid of something).
