A conscientious company that doesn’t quibble with employees over every little thing. It provides abundant resources (including a refrigerator, microwave, and oven), and all the benefits you would expect. The office environment is good, the colleagues are easy to get along with, and the company has an excellent reputation externally. Working here gives you a strong sense of accomplishment.
Most of the employees are experienced, and the company is not very good at training newcomers. New hires need to rely on themselves after joining; otherwise, it is easy to find it difficult to stay.
