They like to ask questions unrelated to work abilities, such as family relationships and so on. Their conversation revealed a nervous and overly meticulous personality. (E.g., “I care about the time you clock in. You start work at 9:30, so clocking out at 6:30 is not acceptable. I would feel very bad about that, but 6:31 would be fine.”)

They also expressed a lack of understanding toward certain groups (e.g., single-parent families). Interviewees are advised to be mentally strong; otherwise, they may feel discriminated against.

They talk a lot and for a long time. If you tend to drink water frequently, it is recommended that you use the restroom before coming.

The salary during the probationary period is very ordinary—neither particularly good nor particularly bad. There will be a bonus after three months, but it is paid the following month, essentially on a 30-day monthly settlement cycle.
