Once you've been there long enough, the money is yours. The assistant position is simple and straightforward. Each team leader has a different style, and if you get a good team leader, your days will be very comfortable (in other words... you get it).
95% of the employees are women. On the surface, everything seems fine, but gossip spreads like wildfire behind the scenes, and most of it is hearsay, so you can easily end up being harmed by rumors.
At the beginning, keep your eyes open and figure out who your immediate supervisor is. You absolutely have to establish your footing.
If you have grand ambitions, don't go there. You'll just be entering orders and doing odd jobs every day. The office is quiet, and no one talks. As for opportunities to work with overseas teams, it will probably take several years.
Basically, if you want to live your life peacefully, just stay quiet and don't say anything. As long as no one catches you with anything they can use against you, you can get through your entire career there safely. It's also a place where the pay is very high.
