1. The office environment is clean, and the work atmosphere is quite free and flexible, making it suitable for people who manage themselves well.
2. Drinks/snacks/fruit/frozen treats are available in many varieties and can be consumed without limit (saving money on drinks and snacks).
3. Communication among colleagues about work is generally good, and the overall atmosphere is lively.
The HR team in particular is also lively, friendly, and full of enthusiasm.
4. Many of the benefits and subsidies are quite good.
5. People who like games will have a pretty enjoyable time.
It is relatively difficult to perceive a clear promotion path (perhaps it becomes apparent once you are qualified enough?).
