美西製藥有限公司
Pros

1. Colleagues get along harmoniously

2. For pharmaceutical manufacturing quality control, the salary is considered not bad; it’s just that the benefits are poor

3. It is a good place for an internship

Cons

1. The company pays salaries in cash, and its benefits are not very good

2. Senior managers like to rob Peter to pay Paul, and positions are frequently shuffled around. The position advertised during the interview often differs from the actual job duties, and the division of responsibilities is extremely unclear

3. Senior managers are very good at putting on a show. They often refuse to trust employees’ abilities, deliberately try to put them in their place, and like to take advantage of people. Once you have organized everything clearly and systematically, they find a way to transfer you, force you out, and let someone they favor take over

4. Don’t assume that your efforts will be noticed just because the company is small; upper management only likes people who are obedient

5. To the supervisors, a “good employee” is someone who works overtime until 10:00 p.m. and is willing to work on weekends—not someone who works conscientiously and is highly capable

6. There is no real production schedule; all processes depend on the boss’s mood. If you work in quality control, you will only end up exhausted from conducting tests, while warehouse staff are constantly picked on

7. If you want to negotiate a salary adjustment, be sure to establish a clear date; otherwise, they will keep stringing you along

8. It is impossible to stay for more than a year (I experienced two factory inspections). Management always makes things seem far too simple, and after a year you will have a huge mess of unresolved issues on your hands. If an inspection happens again, you will be in serious trouble. During the first inspection, problems can be blamed on people who have already resigned by saying they were caused by predecessors; the second time, you can only shoulder the responsibility yourself

If you have just graduated and simply want to gain some work experience, it is a good place—but only if you can first endure all of this
