Pros
1. Although the company is not large, it has very systematic planning.
2. An excellent place to develop emotional intelligence and the ability to withstand pressure.
Cons
1. A person in charge with zero emotional management skills
2. Often have to endure verbal abuse
3. Overtime pay must be applied for, but no one has ever had an application approved
4. A secondhand-smoke environment
