The work environment feels unrestricted, and the boss communicates well.
Cons
1. Secondhand smoke in the workplace
2. Work hours frequently exceed the scheduled time (overtime often lasts until dawn), and working hours cannot be adjusted flexibly.
3. No employee benefits (no overtime pay, transportation allowance, meal allowance, business trip expenses, employee outings, etc.)
