Willing to pay overtime

The company has two different sets of policies, which differ greatly from what was said in the interview. They say you can decide when to take breaks yourself, but in reality there is basically no break time. It has been three weeks and the access card still cannot be used to enter the premises—how are we supposed to take breaks?

They say they will not exploit workers or take up their personal time, but sometimes work extends beyond the scheduled end of the shift, and no overtime pay can be claimed for those hours.

As for relationships with coworkers, I feel that the people there are superficially nice to you, but in reality they are all condescending and self-important. They only allow themselves to make mistakes and do not tolerate deviations from new employees. In short, if you are inexperienced, you are treated as if you deserve it.

Regarding pay, although it is considered a full salary—for example, 25,000—taking personal leave results in an additional deduction of around 1,000–2,000 because the perfect-attendance bonus is 2,000. In other words, the salary is very low. For meals, if you eat at the company, there is an additional charge of 10 per meal.

Summary: Be prepared to work yourself to the bone and rotate through night shifts; if you are inexperienced, you are treated as if you deserve it.

The policies are inconsistent, and there may be discrepancies between the interview and the actual conditions.
