Pros
The graphic design studio on the second floor is the only room with air conditioning.
Cons
A typhoon day off only counts when the supervisor notifies you, even if the government announces it.
(When you start the job, you have to sign a consent form; I don't know whether this is right or wrong.)
Pay is deducted based on the length of lateness—even five minutes results in a deduction.
