The working environment is terrible; the satellite radio station operates out of the boss's wife's home. The job involves providing customer service and dispatching taxis. The coworkers are difficult to get along with. Getting calls means meeting performance targets, so they are extremely unfriendly toward newcomers and have a serious tendency to exclude outsiders. The boss's wife is very exploitative: as long as you work, there are no benefits or leave whatsoever. I quit after working there for just one day, and only later discovered that they had not even enrolled me in labor or health insurance. You could try it as a part-time job, but if you want a full-time position, do not come here under any circumstances—you will regret it!
