I really can't think of any at the moment.
1. Senior management only wants to hire recent graduates at low salaries. Employees with technical expertise have gradually left, resulting in a serious skills gap. I believe there are probably no longer any highly experienced employees left.
2. Senior management seems helpless in the face of the company's high turnover rate.
3. There is no promotion or salary adjustment system. Several employees have been working here for years, yet they are still engineers, and their salaries are fairly ordinary—below the current market rate for field engineers.
4. There is no guaranteed annual salary. According to longer-serving employees, the year-end bonus previously paid was less than one month's salary, and apparently some employees did not receive a year-end bonus at all. The Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival bonuses are also very small, and the performance bonus is not even worth mentioning.
5. Perhaps because the company's turnover rate is high, the atmosphere in the workplace is not very good.
6. Some engineers act as though they are supervisors and have a poor attitude toward their colleagues. After asking other colleagues, I found out that they had not even been working there for very long.
To be honest, if you have other options, don't choose this place. You can learn more at other companies.
