Pros
Willing to give newcomers a chance
Because they’re cheap and obedient
The colleagues have a very good relationship
Because if one of them leaves, the others will have a hard time
Cons
The working hours are too long; “If you can’t finish it, take it home to do” is their catchphrase
The training is just dangling empty promises in front of you
