1. Monthly salary = ideal amount - 1,000 + perfect-attendance bonus (1,000)
2. Lunch is provided, and the chef is very skilled.
Interior design work, with the job title “Designer.”
1. No need to use your brain. The boss has his own ideas. He asks you to print out the floor plan, cuts it up for you, and you just draw whatever he tells you to draw.
2. You must not print anything incorrectly, and you can only print on A4 paper. If you print the drawings incorrectly, you get yelled at and still cannot reprint them because it wastes paper resources—because he wants to be environmentally friendly.
3. Poor communication. You have to get to the point, but he is also impatient when listening, so you end up having to repeat the same thing three times.
4. Because printing a drawing showing the entire area resulted in an A4 3D drawing that was too small, it could not be reprinted, and I was yelled at relentlessly.
5. I took the incorrectly printed A4 sheet to confirm the area he wanted, but he yelled at me harshly. I was not allowed to fold it or reprint it—it was as if he just wanted to yell at me.
Conclusion: Employees are considered less important than a single A4 sheet of paper costing less than 2 yuan.
