Not bad, very efficient
Just a terrible company. The salary is 22,000, plus a 1,000 perfect-attendance bonus (you only get it if you cooperate with overtime). Calculated hourly, 133 is already higher, and you don't have to add the perfect-attendance bonus. There is a three-month evaluation (to put it plainly, a probationary period), and you even have to take an exam. If your score is below 80, they won't keep you on. It feels like they're hiring disposable workers—replacing one batch every three months. The efficiency mentioned above is real: when you say you'll think about it and are preparing to thank them and leave, they tear up your résumé incredibly quickly. They finish tearing it up before you even reach the gate. Now that's efficiency—and what an attitude.
