Received a considerate phone call from HR asking whether I would attend the interview, and even received a reminder about the interview time beforehand. I felt that the company was very attentive.
They called too many times. When I missed the call, they did not write to let me know what it was about. I had to call to confirm. There was also a record of the interview time being changed.
***I was absolutely speechless. After finally making it to the store for the interview, the store manager was busy introducing products to customers. Three counter staff members were sitting inside, one of whom was wearing capri pants and had tattoos on their arms.... Then I was asked to leave early and go home because there were too many other people waiting for interviews in the store.... This was extremely disrespectful. They called people in for interviews and then treated them like this.
P.S.: Perhaps the service industry can easily find plenty of people and does not require much experience. If the company treats job applicants this way, then I have to ask: what kind of working atmosphere do the employees inside have?
