You get to know good colleagues, with a superficially feigned harmony, and there are two hours a week available for exercise.
The supervisor knows nothing yet insists on commenting on everything. Even if you go along with their wishes, you will still be disliked, because after you complete the requirements, they will make something ugly out of it. In the end, the boss will only say, “If your supervisor gives you a requirement worth one point, you should achieve ten points!” The problem is that there is absolutely no possibility of changing that one-point requirement. Disagreeing means courting trouble. No matter how much you endure and submit, there will still be occasions when you accidentally express a different opinion... The conclusion is that you either cannot stand the harassment and are forced out, or hang on until you are laid off.
