Pros: It’s only close to home.

There is absolutely no communication between the teams.
Everyone does their own thing.
Systems engineers are treated like lackeys.
They only ask you to do miscellaneous tasks.
The manager plays video games at work.
The manager likes to hog the limelight.
A terrible job.
There is absolutely no promotion system.
