The company accommodation is in a complicated environment, with everyone crowded into the same room. The area is dangerous, and colleagues are often robbed. Within the company, supervisors issue arbitrary orders and even regulate things like not being allowed to dye your hair. You have to sign in when going out to use the toilet. The atmosphere is terrible. Mainland Chinese employees are working illegally in the Philippines, and if they return and are found out, they will be detained, so they must hand in their phones whenever they return home. Many people are very calculating. I really do not recommend working for a gambling company. Colleagues love gossiping. It was a terrifying memory.
