1. The interviewer was pleasant.
2. The salary is indeed NT$31,000.
1. Interviewer: “Labor and health insurance will only be provided after the three-month probationary period.” Although this may be intended to avoid the hassle of enrolling and withdrawing insurance if a new hire proves unsuitable, breaking the law is still breaking the law!
2. Interviewer: “Although the positions are divided into warehouse management and sales, basically, everyone has to do everything!”
3. Applicants are required to ride a scooter to work because the job involves making deliveries. The company’s location is not easy to park at, and the job posting did not state “personal scooter required” or “delivery duties.”
4. Having only five days off per month is a bit too few.
