Pros
The boss is young, and the company has strong ideals and a well-established system. The environment is clean, and the interview was an open exchange with questions and answers. The boss did not put on airs and did not deliberately avoid certain legal issues. Overall, I had a very good impression of the interview.
Cons
I can't think of any drawbacks.
