It’s pretty easygoing when the supervisors are out, but the pay is low and there isn’t much in the way of benefits.
The work atmosphere at the company is very poor. The supervisors don’t get along and often argue, and they badmouth each other behind one another’s backs. Supervisors often try to brainwash you into thinking you have it very good there, but in reality there aren’t many benefits, and the salary and other conditions they agree to with you may turn out to be different!!! A supervisor pretended to have forgotten previous arrangements in an attempt to lower your pay, and in the end it would probably become 22K. Every so often, they’ll tell you things like, “You’re really lucky—just sitting there gets you paid…” and so on. They are extremely nagging!!!
This company was split off from a larger company. It only has 6–8 employees, not the 40 stated in the information. In reality, many things don’t match the recruitment information!! At first, you may think the company is large and has several departments, but they have long since split up and operate separately, which causes many problems.
