Colleagues are kind, and the benefits are good. Before February 2017, the company atmosphere was harmonious.
Since February 2017, the company has undergone significant organizational changes, and employee turnover is high.
As long as you are not part of the boss’s inner circle, your workload only increases and never decreases; the king’s favorites leave work on time every day and keep passing their work off to others; the boss’s moods are unpredictable and they act differently in public and private; HR is unable to effectively coordinate cooperation among departments and only follows the boss’s orders; two consecutive new hires resigned after working for only two or three weeks, leaving behind either the king’s favorites or a group of incompetent employees.
If your goal is to enter a multinational corporation and you can accept unreasonable working hours and workloads, then this place may be a good fit for you. If you hope to achieve work-life balance, please consider carefully.
