At first, there was very little information about the Internet company.
I got the impression that a large company would have substantial capital.
It seemed like it would be pretty good?!
When I first went in for the interview, everyone looked very busy. A staff member handed me a basic information form to fill out (two pages in total).
After completing the form, I also had to sign it. I carefully read the company’s notes at the end, which generally stated:
1. After joining the company, employees receive training, but if the company determines during the training that they are unsuitable, it may terminate the training and employment.
2. During the probationary period, if the company considers your work productivity to be below expectations, it may terminate your employment.
3. If you resign, you must submit an application in advance...and so on.
It felt like this company had a very high employee turnover rate @@
After I finished, someone who seemed like an interviewer looked over the information and asked a few questions about the position I was applying for.
They then said that if the supervisor thought I was suitable, I would be notified about a second interview @@
That was it—the conversation lasted no more than 10 minutes.
