The interview process was fairly quick.
01. The job posting was misleading. I applied for a customer service manager position, but the actual duties were essentially those of an administrative assistant, receptionist, and salesperson all rolled into one—you had to do everything. The interviewer was also very self-righteous about it, which I could only laugh off.
02. This was a contract position, but that was not stated in the job posting.
03. HR knew virtually nothing about the job duties and could only repeat the working hours. They also smiled while dismissing the job seeker's experience, saying that this kind of experience did not really count as experience, while making unrealistic promises about how much professional knowledge could be learned from the job.
Overall, the experience was extremely poor, so I rejected the job on the spot and filed a complaint against the company as soon as I got home.
