Pros
The senior manager who conducted the interview was very enthusiastic, and the company seemed to have a good atmosphere.
Cons
No confirmation email was sent for the interview, and when the scheduled time arrived, I didn’t know whom to contact.
The company seemed not to have an HR department, so communication was very disorganized.
The manager who was hiring also did not attend the interview, and the hiring procedures were very disorganized.
