The company notified the applicant of the interview time. After the applicant arrived at the site, they waited for about 10 minutes before a woman came out and said that the interviewer had gone out on business. She asked whether the applicant could reschedule and come back another time, which made the applicant feel disrespected. If the time had changed, they should have notified the applicant by message or phone instead of waiting until the applicant had already arrived at the interview site to say so. It was truly awful.
