Although working hours are stated as starting at 9:00 a.m., you are only considered late after 9:16. The company allows a 15-minute grace period, so there is no need to worry if traffic makes you late for work.
1. There is no sense of unity within the company.
The sales department does things according to its own ideas, yet makes a lot of mistakes. They do not carefully check inventory before placing orders, may identify the wrong substitute materials, and are always adding urgent orders without first asking the warehouse about its shipping capacity. In the end, they may tell you that the urgent order actually does not need to be shipped today, or that the customer had already canceled the order—but they watched you busily prepare the materials and pack the box for their amusement, only telling you not to ship it before dispatch. This gives you the miserable experience of doing pointless work, making them the perfect example of useless teammates.
2. There is favoritism toward relatives and insiders.
As long as you do not win her approval, do not comply with her wishes, or do not fit into her clique, it is very difficult to survive next to her. If you are applying for a sales assistant position, please think carefully first about whether you can accept being an assistant to an assistant.
3. There is no solution.
The boss does not actually have a clear understanding of the internal problems, but even after hearing a simplified version of what happened, there is still no intention of resolving the internal conflicts. You cannot speak up; you can only swallow it. The best solution is to consider whether you should leave.
However, job seekers who consider their patience and tolerance to be second to none—or at least among the best—can still work steadily at this company by closing off their five senses, ignoring everything, and simply doing their own work. Most colleagues are nice and easy to get along with. There is plenty of gossip at this small company, so people who enjoy chatting will be happy here.
