Pros
The boss is very articulate and sincere, and seems to understand a great deal. Based on the introduction, it sounds like a harmonious and warm company.
Cons
The boss sows discord among employees and fabricates rumors that are not true.
It is a really terrible company, especially because of the boss. Everyone, please think carefully before joining.
