1. I personally feel that the workload is not very stressful.
2. There is quite a strong sense of camaraderie among colleagues.
1. Once a month, there is a monthly meeting where you have to sit for an hour and listen to a presentation.
2. There are not many parking spaces (reserved spaces are available for managers).
3. Employees are encouraged to take the stairs.
4. Salaries in optical manufacturing companies are generally not very high (after all, they consider themselves traditional manufacturers, so they cannot compare with technology companies).
5. It is very windy (that’s what it’s like by the coast).
