1. The direction set by upper management for client development (the company’s interests) conflicts with the way performance bonuses (employee incentives) are calculated
2. Although a method for dividing performance credit has clearly been established, it is not actually followed in practice (and orders are taken unilaterally). Upper management is well aware of this, but has no intention of correcting or improving the situation
